A Gorgeous Place to Be
With more parks than most other suburbs of Minnesota, Woodbury is a beautiful place to live. It’s just down the road from the Mississippi River and the Battle Creek Regional Park and Dog Park. With plenty of vegetation and waterside walking paths, the natural beauty is abundant. Natural settings give people a sense of calm and comfort, so being able to live so close to the city and still get outside in nature is a great perk.
Besides the Mississippi, the St Croix River is just to the east of Woodbury, giving residents water on both sides. Lake Elmo Park Preserve is to the northeast, so the options to get outside are abundant.
Commuting and Travel
Being 9 minutes away from downtown St. Paul by car is a huge plus for those working in the Twin Cities. You can go from the river to the lake, to the park, to the city, all in a matter of a day, and still have time to go to dinner or shopping.
Woodbury Village shopping center is just a few minutes away from us here at Valley Creek Apartments, making it convenient to pick up whatever you need.
Finally, the St. Paul Downtown Airport is only a 10-minute car ride.
