A Momentous Minnesota Moment
It’s a gorgeous July day in the Twin Cities area.
The Minnesota air sends a cool breeze your way, as the parks, rivers, and lakes are alive with people. You dip your hand into an ice-cold cooler and grab a drink.
Food is sizzling hot on the grill, delicious watermelon melts in your mouth, and people will dance in the streets for that homemade potato salad.
The sights, sounds, and atmosphere are filled with patriotic buzz. Dancing, games, and vendors abound, and blankets lie across the grassy parks. Sunshine bounces off the lake and shines through the trees, and the Saint Paul Saints are winning in the ballpark. As dusk settles…
The open sky emits color over the rivers and trees, sending sparks in hues of beautiful reds, whites, and blues.
“Oohs” and “ahs” are audible from the crowd and a beautiful array of light swirls, whizzes, and whirrs, evoking childlike wonder in everyone’s eyes.
It’s one of the most time-honored traditions here in the states –
